iskifoglu Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika iskifoglu tarafından geliştirilen mobil oyun ve uygulamaların ortak sunucusu ve bu web sitesi (app.iskifoglu.com) için geçerlidir. Her uygulamanın topladığı verilerin ayrıntısı, o uygulamanın kendi gizlilik politikasındadır.

İşlenen veriler
- Misafir hesap kimliği (cihazda rastgele üretilen anahtar) ve size atanan oyuncu kimliği.
- Google ile giriş yaparsanız: Google hesap kimliğiniz, e-posta adresiniz ve adınız. Yalnızca hesabınızı tanımak ve ilerlemenizi cihazlar arasında korumak için kullanılır.
- Uygulama kayıt verileri ve kişisel veri içermeyen kullanım olayları (ham olaylar 30 gün tutulur).
- IP adresi, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için en fazla 24 saat tutulur.
Google kullanıcı verileri
Google ile girişten yalnızca temel profil bilgileri (openid, email, profile) istenir. Bu veriler satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Google API'lerinden alınan bilgilerin kullanımı, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap verileri hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden anında silebilir ya da ilgili uygulamanın "Hesap silme" sayfasından talep edebilirsiniz (en geç 30 gün).
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Hostinger (barındırma), Google (Google ile giriş). Uygulamaya özel sağlayıcılar ilgili politikada listelenir.

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız için hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

This policy covers the shared backend of the mobile games and apps made by iskifoglu and this website (app.iskifoglu.com). Each app's own privacy policy describes its data in detail.

Data we process
- A guest account identifier (a random key generated on your device) and the player ID assigned to you.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, e-mail address and name, used only to recognise your account and keep your progress across devices.
- App save data and usage events that contain no personal data (raw events are kept 30 days).
- Your IP address, kept for at most 24 hours to prevent abuse.
Google user data
Sign in with Google requests only basic profile information (openid, email, profile). It is never sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete it instantly in the app, or request deletion on the app's "Delete account" page (processed within 30 days).

Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability under the GDPR and KVKK, e-mail hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
