Bu politika, TERSES uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) esas alınmıştır.

2. Topladığımız veriler
- Misafir hesap kimliği: Cihazınızda rastgele üretilen bir anahtar ve size atanan oyuncu kimliği. Adınız veya iletişim bilgileriniz gerekmez.
- Oyun ilerlemesi ve ayarlar: Uygulamanın sunucumuza kaydettiği kayıt verileri.
- Kullanım ve teşhis verileri: Uygulama içi olaylar (ör. seviye tamamlandı, hata oluştu), uygulama sürümü, platform ve zaman bilgisi. Bu olaylara e-posta gibi kişisel veriler eklenmez.
- Teknik veriler: IP adresiniz, kötüye kullanımı önlemek (istek sınırlama) için en fazla 24 saat tutulur; analiz için kullanılmaz.
- Reklamlar: Uygulama Google AdMob (interstitial ads) aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Reklam sağlayıcısı cihazınızın reklam kimliğini ve yaklaşık konum gibi verileri kendi politikası kapsamında işleyebilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar, gerekli olduğu yerlerde yalnızca onayınızla gösterilir.
- Mikrofon: düello kayıtları için kullanılır. Kayıtlar yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir; sunucuya gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
- Anonim kullanım olayları (uygulamanın açılması, düello turunun başlaması ve tamamlanması ile tamamlanan tur sayısı, mikrofon izninin reddedilmesi, hata bildirimi), rastgele bir cihaz kurulum kimliği ve oyun sayacı (düello turu sayısı). Bunlar kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.
- Reklamlar: Google AdMob geçiş reklamları gösterir (her iki düello turunda bir, kayıttan önce). AdMob, reklam kimliğinizi ve cihaz/uygulama bilgilerini Google'ın politikalarına göre işler. Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta reklam için izniniz Google'ın onay formuyla (UMP) alınır.
- Yaklaşık konum: Google AdMob, reklam göstermek ve sahtekarlığı önlemek için IP adresinizden türetilen yaklaşık konumu işleyebilir. Uygulama kesin konum veya GPS verisi toplamaz.
- Çökme günlükleri ve teşhisler: Uygulama hata ve çökme bilgilerini ve performans teşhislerini anonim olarak toplar (hata olayı); AdMob reklam SDK'sı da teşhis verisini işleyebilir. Amaç uygulama kalitesini analiz etmek ve sahtekarlığı önlemektir.
- Toplanan veri türleri, özet olarak: kullanıcı kimlikleri (anonim misafir kimliği); cihaz veya diğer kimlikler (reklam kimliği, cihaz kurulum kimliği); yaklaşık konum; uygulama işlemleri (tur sayacı, anonim olaylar); çökme günlükleri; teşhisler. Mikrofon sesi toplanmaz, sunucuya gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
- Paylaşım: Reklam kimliği, yaklaşık konum, cihaz kimliği ve teşhis verileri reklam ağıyla (Google AdMob) paylaşılabilir. Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden aktarılır.
- Elmas, günlük skor, Google hesabı ve sıralama şu an uygulamada yoktur ve bunlar için veri toplanmaz. İleride eklenirse bu politika güncellenir.
3. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler
- Uygulamayı sunmak, hesabınızı ve ilerlemenizi saklamak: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR m.6/1-b).
- Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve uygulamanın iyileştirilmesi: meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f).
- Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar: açık rıza (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR m.6/1-a). Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
4. Saklama süreleri
- Hesap ve kayıt verileri: hesabınızı silene kadar.
- Ham kullanım olayları: 30 gün; sonrasında yalnızca kimseyle ilişkilendirilemeyen günlük toplam sayılar tutulur.
- İstek sınırlama için IP adresi: en fazla 24 saat.
5. Aktarım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar
Verilerinizi satmayız. Veriler yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için çalıştığımız sağlayıcılarla, gerektiği ölçüde paylaşılır:
- Hostinger (sunucu ve veritabanı barındırma)
- Google AdMob (interstitial ads) (reklam)
Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunabilir. Yurt dışına aktarım KVKK m.9 ve GDPR'deki güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşme hükümleri) uygun şekilde yapılır. Kanunen zorunlu hallerde yetkili makamlarla paylaşım yapılabilir.
6. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve rızanızı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bize e-posta gönderin: hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com. Talebinize en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
7. Hesap silme
Uygulamada şu an hesap silme düğmesi yok. Verilerinizin silinmesini şu sayfadan talep edebilirsiniz: https://app.iskifoglu.com/apps/terses/delete-account. Talebinize, varsa Google hesabınızın e-posta adresini veya uygulamanın gösterdiği oyuncu kimliğini ekleyin; ikisi de yoksa bize yazın (hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com), size yardımcı oluruz. Silme işlemi hesabınızı, kayıt verilerinizi ve size bağlı kullanım olaylarını kalıcı olarak kaldırır; web talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir. Anonim günlük toplam sayılar silinmez.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz bize yazın; verileri sileriz.
9. Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden aktarılır; oturum anahtarları veritabanında özetlenmiş (hash) olarak saklanır ve erişim yetkili kişiyle sınırlıdır.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya bu sayfada duyururuz.
TERSES Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you use TERSES (the "App"), why, and what your rights are. It is written with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Guest account identifier: a random key generated on your device and the player ID assigned to you. No name or contact details are required.
- Game progress and settings: the save data the App stores on our server.
- Usage and diagnostic data: in-app events (e.g. level completed, an error occurred), app version, platform and timestamps. Personal data such as e-mail addresses is never added to these events.
- Technical data: your IP address is kept for at most 24 hours to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and is not used for analytics.
- Ads: the App shows ads through Google AdMob (interstitial ads). The ad provider may process your device's advertising ID and data such as approximate location under its own policy. Personalised ads are only shown with your consent where consent is required.
- Microphone: used for the duel recordings. Recordings are processed only on your device; they are never sent to our server and not stored.
- Anonymous usage events (app opened, duel round started and completed with the number of completed rounds, microphone permission denied, error reports), a random device installation ID and a game counter (number of duel rounds). They are not linked to your identity.
- Ads: Google AdMob shows interstitial ads (once every two duel rounds, before a recording). AdMob processes your advertising ID and device/app information under Google's policies. In the European Union and the United Kingdom your consent for ads is collected with Google's consent form (UMP).
- Approximate location: to show ads and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may process an approximate location derived from your IP address. The app does not collect precise location or GPS data.
- Crash logs and diagnostics: the app collects error and crash information and performance diagnostics anonymously (error events), and the AdMob ads SDK may also process diagnostic data. The purpose is to analyse app quality and prevent fraud.
- Data types collected, in summary: user IDs (anonymous guest ID); device or other IDs (advertising ID, device installation ID); approximate location; app activity (round counter, anonymous events); crash logs; diagnostics. Microphone audio is not collected, not sent to our server and not stored.
- Sharing: the advertising ID, approximate location, device ID and diagnostic data may be shared with the ad network (Google AdMob). Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Diamonds, daily scores, Google accounts and leaderboards are not part of the app at the moment and no data is collected for them. If they are added later, this policy will be updated.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the App and storing your account and progress: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Security, abuse prevention and improving the App: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Personalised ads: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention
- Account and save data: until you delete your account.
- Raw usage events: 30 days; afterwards only daily totals that cannot be linked to anyone are kept.
- IP address for rate limiting: at most 24 hours.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with providers we use to run the service, and only as needed:
- Hostinger (server and database hosting)
- Google AdMob (interstitial ads) (advertising)
Some of these providers may be located outside your country. International transfers rely on the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9 and the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access, rectify and erase it, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, e-mail us: hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.
7. Deleting your account
The App currently has no delete-account button. You can request deletion of your data here: https://app.iskifoglu.com/apps/terses/delete-account. Include the e-mail of the Google account you used, or the player ID if the app shows one; if you have neither, write to us (hikmetiskifoglu@gmail.com) and we will help. Deletion permanently removes your account, save data and usage events linked to you; web requests are processed within 30 days. Anonymous daily totals are not affected.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS); session tokens are stored hashed and access is limited to authorised personnel.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
